To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please visit us here within 21 days of purchase.

A return label may be provided for damaged or defective items. If a refund is approved, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment less adjustments for shipping and handling. Returns are processed within 21 days of the mailing date, and refunds can be expected within 7 business days of processing.

kanfuela.com ships to U.S. addresses only. Orders transported outside the U.S. following delivery to a U.S. address are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement. 

Order Cancelation Policy:  kanfuela.com orders may be canceled between 8am-3pm on weekdays only. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us here as promptly as possible. A $5.99 restocking fee may be assessed in some instances. If you wish to cancel an order that is already on a truck to your shipping address, we may not be able to cancel your order.
